Singapore Airlines Cargo Reroutes Around Iranian Air Space

Due to ongoing geographic volatility, Singapore Airlines Group has ceased flying through Iranian airspace as of April 2024 as a precautionary measure. Moving forward they will utilise alternative flight paths, which may lengthen the duration of some flights.

In addition, Singapore Airlines Australia & New Zealand have imposed an embargo on all cargo uplifts to Europe whilst they seek alternate routing approvals and clear the existing backlog in Singapore, which includes the following impacted cargo destinations: all flights between Singapore and Amsterdam, Brussels, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Istanbul, London, New York (JFK & Newark), Manchester, Milan, Munich, Paris, Rome, and Zurich.

We will keep you up-to-date with any further embargo developments.
