Container ports Shanghai, Ningbo and Kaohsiung are working to alleviate congestion and elevated vessel queues caused by Typhoon Kong-Ray, the strongest typhoon to hit Taiwan since 1996. It is anticipated that the backlog will be resolved within the coming days
