Victoria International Container Terminal (VICT) Infrastructure Charge. As of 1 July 2022, VICT has advised that the infrastructure charge will be increasing per full container. The revised charge has been a direct result of increasing costs to the industry and is a direct pass through to their customers to recover these on-going costs. The Infrastructure Charge will apply to full import and full export containers.
